Cancellation policy – Radrezept Guided e-bike tours

Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for services with fixed deadlines

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for performance (§ 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB).

This applies in particular to:

guided e-bike tours
Day trips and multi-day tours
Group tours
Corporate and event tours
booked additional services with a fixed date (e.g. rental bike, shuttle, technical training)

These services are available No right of withdrawal, as soon as a binding appointment has been booked.

Right of withdrawal for services not tied to a specific date (e.g. vouchers without a fixed date)

Unless a fixed performance date has been agreed upon (e.g., for open gift vouchers), the following cancellation policy applies:

You have the right within 14 days without giving reasons to revoke this contract.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

Inform them of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter).

You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal in case of premature performance of services

If the customer has expressly requested that the service begin before the end of the withdrawal period, and the service has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely (§ 356 para. 4 BGB).
