How are the prices for the tours calculated?
Prices vary depending on tour length, difficulty level, and group size. Included are the guided tour, rental equipment, and comprehensive instruction from our experienced guides.
What payment options are available?
You can conveniently pay by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. The booking is only binding after payment has been received.
How can I book my tour?
Choose your desired tour on our website, specify the number of participants, and complete your booking in just a few clicks. Our support team is always available to answer any questions.
Are there any cancellation policies?
- Up to 14 days before the start of the tour: free of charge
- 13 to 7 days before the tour begins: 30% of the booking price
- 6 to 3 days before the tour starts: 50% of the booking price
- From 48 hours before the tour starts or in case of no-show: 100% of the booking price
